This is one lady who is definitely in the right field. An avid lover of music with a message, Mia has joined WEAA’s 88.9 FM team as Assistant Music Director. This role entails providing feedback to promotional companies regarding artists’ albums amongst other significant tasks.
Mia holds a BS in Communication Studies with a minor in Business Administration from Towson University. After graduation, Mia pursued a career in the financial industry; however, after a successful run, she decided to pursue her passion-working in the radio industry. Mia has successfully promoted numerous events in the Baltimore area geared towards ol school hip-hop.
Currently matriculating in a MBA program, Mia aspires to become a successful business woman who impacts social change. Her goal is to become the catalyst for Baltimore’s music success and help aspiring artists reach their dreams!
