"Yeah...I was a tutor...I sold cell phones and plans....worked in an office....in a cubicle, on a phone...in a hospital....and, uh, yes in a horrendous grocery store, moppin' floors...and lets not mention the door-to-door sales...those experiences shaped me for the better!"

Volunteer turned intern, RashadNijee aka Kilahsoul...."Super Intern" (term is pending validation from DJ Patrick Scientific lol)....is making moves! Born and raised in Northeast Baltimore, Maryland (mainly off of Harford and North Ave) RashadNijee majored in Computer Repair/Cisco Networking Mervo high school, where he graduated and is currently matriculating at Morgan State University pursing his Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communications with a concentration in Radio Production.

Though chilled, don't get it twisted....you just might get ShUT DOWN! But filled with campassion and a passion for creating a better present and future, RN, wishes to become a 'professional educator' and will always ask: "You good?" with the hopes of not mocking but helping those in need. "I'm always re-writing my plan for life...we learn so much about ourselves each hour....old ideals just won't fly," he says. "And we especially need to keep god in mind," the follower of Islam continues.

So, what's next? Well, he's thinking about making additions to his family sooner than later...if he can find that 'one'...or not...explore a bit more?....maybe. As a writer, poet, entreprenuer, self proclaimed talent scout, self proclaimed counselor, and soon to be Alumnus of MSU, RashadNijee will help mold people who will make a positive impact in society, through motivational speaking and seminars, teaching young adults, activism....and if he can acquire fame that would be all the more better, not for the simple fact of "being seen", but to help further his mission.

And it is true that "Hollywood" or "off Hollywood" could be in the works for this maverick as he said: "....at the end of the day we should have carried out gods' plan but I do love the arts and the entire essense of how music makes me feel, especially dat Baltimore Club...[i love] partyin' and being in the studio...I mean, whatever I do, hopefully I'll prosper doing voice over work". Until that time, he will work, play, study, party, grow his company, learn from and teach others.

RashadNijee is using his creativity and skills to help further the mission of WEAA....Educating African Americans...(and abroad).
